The following performance coaching programmes are available, designed for individuals, managers and teams or groups of staff:
- Performance Energiser – are you performing at your best? Is something (or things) getting you down? Do you need to be re-energised in your work? This programme will help you identify where you are now and where you would like to be and look at the blocks preventing you from higher performance. It will consider your skills, your motivators/ de-motivators, your energy and how you can use feedback for positive outcomes.
- Managing Magic – managers can create ‘magic’ within their teams to create astonishing results. They face some of the toughest jobs especially those transitioning into their first management role. This programme will cover management styles and behaviours, the role of a manager, transition, planning, setting goals, communication, delegation, coping with conflict and difficult situations. It will also cover effective feedback, how to manage performance and team dynamics and how best to manage time.
- Leadership for High Performance – this programme focuses on the transition to leadership and the skills and qualities expected of a leader required to create high performance in their teams. It will include visioning and strategic planning, communication, power and influence, leadership style, impact, resilience and personal effectiveness. It will also cover creativity, leading change and engagement if required.
- Maximising your Career – using the CCS methodology this programme will look at how to manage your career and will explore the four areas of ‘Who am I?’ ‘What do I want?’ ‘How do I get there?’ in order to put you on the right path to career and potential fulfilment.
- ‘Build-your-own’ Performance Programme – work with us to design your own programme, working on your own pre-determined issues. The programme will be completely tailored to your needs drawing on elements of the programmes above where necessary.
- Action Learning Coaching – using the principles of action learning, a group of six individuals come together with a facilitator and bring real issues to explore with this group of peers. Peers act as coaches whilst an individual works through the blocks and ‘noise’ they are experiencing with their performance. The programme requires some pre-work to enable the learning concepts to be understood and for the group to understand the core concepts of effective coaching questioning.
The content of the programme and the style of coaching you receive will very much depend on your needs, your experience and your learning style. Some clients need more input on key concepts whereas others need space to think to explore options to solutions with the support of a coach. Both approaches can be easily accommodated within our work.
In addition to the above coaching programmes we run workshops on Coaching and Mentoring Skills if requested.
